Due to significant commercial growth in this sector, WSP Poland is seeking to enhance the expertise of our Finance department. We are currently looking for an Financial Analyst / Financial Project Advisor.

In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies our company's core values: solidarity, a passion for large-scale and complex projects, and a spirit of innovation and conviviality.

Your new Role:

• Preparing management reports and supervising budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and support process improvements

• Partner with the Project Manager and project team to establish the project budget, updating budgets, and making project accounting recommendations as needed when contract modifications or budget changes arise

• Monitor and analyse the collection, recording, and allocation of project costs, ensuring accurate project revenue recognition calculations, and communicating project financial performance and profitability to stakeholders

• Together with colleagues contribute to further professionalization of financial processes and project controls

What if it was you?

To ensure transparency and in line with local regulations, we would like to inform you that the salary range for this position is between 11,500 PLN and 14,500 PLN gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Our Requirements:

• University degree in finance or accounting

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial or project advisory position

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills and you are fluent in Polish and English

• Extensive experience with Excel, experience with Power BI and Oracle is a strong advantage

• Practical experience in financial control of long-term engineering/ consulting contracts is a plus
