WSP E&IS GmbH is currently looking for a Personal Assistant (all genders) at its Nuremberg location.
In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that places great value on collaboration, innovation, and enthusiasm for large and complex projects. Our projects range from the remediation of contaminated land, site recycling and brownfield development to decommissioning projects for national and international clients.
Your new role – your responsibilities:
Organising and coordinating tasks within WSP E&IS GmbH
Ensuring efficient office and information management, including confidential documents and sensitive data
Professional interface management between Executive Management, Operational Management, teams, and Business Support functions
Supporting the administration of documents, invoices, and contracts
Preparing self-declarations, e.g. for bid submissions or supplier registrations
Organising appointments and travel, including end-to-end travel management
Your team and working environment:
You will become part of a team of around fifty employees at WSP E&IS GmbH, which is represented at five locations across Germany, and you will work closely with the Operational Management.
Is this position right for you?
Completed vocational training in office management/administration or a comparable qualification, as well as relevant professional experience
Strong organisational skills, an independent and structured working style, and excellent communication skills
Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a “digital native” mindset with the ability to quickly grasp new digital tools
Willingness to take on a wide range of tasks
Strong organisational ability, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
Proven very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
